Each multi-course plated meal is personally designed from Vincent’s cookbook and rooted in his Mississippi Delta heritage. Guests will savor not only the flavors of the South but also the stories behind each dish, told by Chef Vincent himself.

Private Chef Dinner Experience

Starting at $95+ per guest (10–20 guests)

Includes:

  • Multi-course plated dinner (customized menu)

  • Chef storytelling about the origins and family traditions behind each dish

  • On-site plating and service with professional presentation

Premium Add-Ons:

  • Smoked Brisket, Lamb Roast, Oxtails, or Seafood Boil (+$10–15 per guest)

A signature amuse-bouche or tasting appetizer inspired by the evening’s menu.

2. Starter Course (Select One)
Choose one appetizer or salad to begin the meal:

3. Main Course (Select Two Entrées)

  • Private chef dinners: $95–120 per guest (multi-course, 10–20 people).

  • Drop-off catering: $20–30 per guest (minimum order 20).

  • Boxed lunches: $15–20 each (corporate clients).

  • Weddings/celebrations: Custom quotes ($2,500+ minimum).

All bookings require 50% non-refundable deposit.
